I used the online chat for the first time for some tech support and once I got through to a human I was imprsesed how efficiently they gave me a solution to every question I had and really provided me with some impressive further links to be able to resolve all the issues I had. I tested a couple of web hosting providers over the past 15 years. Never thought I would be happy with a service provider that would be able to have such a great support team, which I believe the most important part behind a great service. Many service providers would offer you a great hardware and software but not every provider would back that up with a great team of support team that is available 24/7 with much knowledge to help you with things even not in their scope like fixing websites conflicts.
