I had a problem with my email configuration and Orland (from the Customer Success Team) took the time to read all of the details I had provided about the issue I was experiencing and provided immediate and expert help. I didn't need to repeat any of the technical details I'd initially provided, and that left me feeling that time had been taken to care about and understand the problem I was reporting. It took about 5 minutes to not only read up all the details I had provided, but then to investigate my account directly, identify the error, and make the necessary change to fix it. I'm incredibly grateful to receive such professinal and expert help.
