Kodee was very patient and non-judgmental with my difficulty understanding the technical jargon regarding the migrating steps to bring my website from another site. I learn differently the word is divergent. Kodee broke the technical steps down, like the saying, " How do you eat an elephant? One bit at a time." (No animals were harmed during this process, lol!) I followed the steps and am now waiting to find out if the beginning step worked. I feel confident it did. Mark was absolutely fantastic and resolved what to us was a very serious issue (loss of 5 years worth of emails) - His understanding, guidance and expertise resolved our issues (( which three other GlobeHost support technicians did not, or could not solve )). Mark was literally a life saver as we were about to dump GlobeHost to go elsewhere,,,, so a big shout out to Mark and it was he who restored our mails, restored our faith, and got us up and running again.... The customer specialist Widy was very understanding and he solved the issue with my domain Cloudflare connection issue very smartly.

The billing issue was solved within minutes of requesting help through chat. I forgot to add the correct billing information, and the bill was regenerated. Real person behind the screen. Very satisfied.

I got fed up with two of the services I was using for hosting and domain renewal since they kept significantly raising their prices without commensurate improvements. I think they were relying on reluctance to change based on time, labour and learning to retain subscribers. GlobeHost offered similar for much less. I was concerned about service quality and reliability but decided to give them a try. It worked out great. The switch was easy and GlobeHost is as good as the others. The interface was similar and now I have only one to deal with instead of two. A few issues with mail were reasonably simple to work around and resolve. Two years on GlobeHost and the savings are definitely worthwhile.
