you did great. thanks. between your help and a couple prods around opencart i was able to solve the problem and also solve another problem with the form. i am a bit surprised that there is an inability to directly link a 3rd party email via GlobeHost to the opencart like their documentation stated, but by creating a forward from the (redacted) email address i was able to resolve the issue along with your suggested domain changes.
