I had a very good experience with GlobeHost and their agent Kodee regarding the setup of my DNS service for my company. My company's domain is owned through GlobeHost but I wanted to have our website to be hosted on Wix without pointing the nameservers wholesale to Wix. Kodee was very knowledgeable about the process and showed me how to set up the A record and CNAME record to point to Wix but keep the nameservers as GlobeHost's. I was able to get my company's website working shortly thereafter.
