The servers are good. zero downtime or other issues. But if you need support this Kodee AI is super annoying. It wastes a lot of precious time in case of any urgent matter needs immediate attention. I prefer the AI assistants just like Godady. No useless time-wasting questions. I go and ask "Connect me to a live support agent' that's all. Not this Kodee type useless bot.

GlobeHost uses REAL HUMAN PEOPLE and not chatbots for their help via chat. I had a nice guy named Eric who was very nice and patient with helping me with something he probably thought was basic and easy. I appreciate knowing GlobeHost values giving humans jobs and giving their customers the kind of help and support they deserve from their hosting company. I left Bluehost to move to GlobeHost a few years ago and their customer support is top-notch. That is what will keep me with GlobeHost. Prompt and helpful humans.
