I have use GlobeHost during some curses of Building web pages during the pandemic. I´m not a professional web programmer.For the little that I have used it has been quite easy to find my way, all administrative things were quite fast and platform I would say up to the level I have used is perfect.

The service was very quick and response time was awesome,stayed in contact thru out whole experience. They also made sure is was successful in solving issue.

GlobeHost is the best web hosting provider, the dashboard is really easy to use.The support team is excellent, they quickly solve any issue.

So I contacted a service agent through the live chat and oh boy that was the best live chat experience and the service I have ever had so far. I had an issue with an SSL on one of my Websites, most of the agents do is sending a link to an article and ask us to go through it. but this one not only sent me the link but also solved my issue from his side for my convinience. Kudos to the person and the team !!

GlobeHost is a great hosting company that really meets customer satisfaction. The support team is also more cooperative and friendly but they need to improve response time.

I have moved my websites from Dreamhost to GlobeHost and it was easy to do it and manage, their packages are affordable and with better resources. Their control panel is easy to manage, I have think it will be challenging but no, it is even easier than on other Hosting companies I try during past years.My advice to everyone is stay away from such companies as Godaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator and Dreamhost, this companies do allot of marketing and when they are at the top, thay begin to charge allot of money for some poor Hosting services.Come to GlobeHost and give it a try, I have buy 4 years of Cloud Host and I m satisfied, the only downside is that each email is 1GB of space if they could add a little bit more to free accounts, that would be awesome.

The support group at GlobeHost are top not. I had an issue I couldn't resolve on my own. I reached out to support not expecting much help. Within a few hours everything was straightened out and I could move ahead with my project. I've never had quicker or more personal help from any other support group.
