GlobeHost.com provide great Website hosting services at a reasonable price, compared to other providers I checked who weren't great at all. Their site can be in French which makes things easier when discovering technical terms and what to use them for. In fact, I have an associate account for my Website builder freelancer, which is better than giving private Login details. He did a great job at creating a Wordpress blog site with it. Multilingual option with Google Translate plugin was the best for my project. My Freelancer gave me tutorial video to learn to handle GlobeHost myself and modified my blog articles. So for the moment I am totally satisfied.
