I recently paid twice (accidentally) while upgrading my email plan, online. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware of this until I received two different invoices from PayPal showing that I had made two payments within minutes of one another. I contacted GlobeHost's customer service via email and within minutes received a very cordial reply (now I'm doing all of this around 10pm my time... it's late) Less than 30 minutes later, I got a refund notice from PayPal. In between that time, I received no less than three emails from customer service keeping me informed of their progress. What a great experience for a problem I caused.

This hosting provider is very much better than many of other providers I have used before.It has AI generated website builder, it has WooCommerce, WordPress, (auto) Logo maker,... and many more. That help speed up the website building process a lot.When I have issue, I can get help from chat and all the chat are stored in the system for later reference.I like this very much. I am still waiting for one issue to be solved and I believe it will be solved soon.
