I had to go online and use the chat function on a Sunday to get information to make sure that GlobeHost was in fact, my new domain name host and not bluehost, because bluehost tried to renew my domain though I transferred it three months ago… I waited 20 minutes before anybody at bluehost helped me on chat, but GlobeHost responded within two or three minutes. Excellent customer service, and it seems like I made the right decision to move from bluehost to GlobeHost.
