Well, the hosting service and support service is great. The only problem is that there has been a change in the CONTACTING of support to the point there is essentially no way unless we have someone's e-mail address. The Chat has disappeared (at least from what I can see). Mind you once I found a way to make contact (via sales), the support service was excellent. I might mention that GlobeHost should give appropriate e-mail responses to the "forgot password" facility.

Best price on the market in relation to the service offered. I've been using VPS servers for 3 years and they are all very stable. We had some instabilities just last month, but they were all resolved very quickly. The support is very attentive and every time I needed it, regardless of the attendant, I had excellent service. The only thing that doesn't make me very happy is that a new acquisition has a much better price than renewals...they should review this and give a nice discount for renewals too.
