One of the customer service staves was really informative and when I stumbled upon some troubles receiving emails on my custom domain email. She mentioned that the domain was fine and implicated that there was something going on with the email, so she referenced some solutions and why the problem occurred. This was not a problem in the hosting but instead, it is just how custom domain emails are, so I figured this was not GlobeHost's problem but she was willing to help to find external references. Yes, she was really helpful and I hope GlobeHost can keep staves like her. Keep it up

It can be frustrating to contact other technical support services, and discover I know more than they do - and I am not a technical expert.
