We've been using the GlobeHost website platform for about 2-3 months now. Their website builder is very straight forward. When we were researching website hosting companies, some reviewers mentioned GlobeHost does not offer phone support. That has not been an issue whatsoever. I have had the occasion to use their Chat service 4 times and each time, a 'real' person was on the chat taking my questions within no more than 3 mins. That combined with the fact the support team is professional, kind, and courteous, I have nothing but great things to say. Each and every question I have presented so far has been answered quickly and they are more than happy to allow me to test the resolve before they leave the line.
