I lost my phone containing the 2FA code generating app, I used the account sharing permission to access the account containing my website. However, when I wanted to buy another hosting package, an error occurred that did not record that I had registered for a new package but my card was deducted.The support person was flexible in helping me, activating the package I had purchased instead of having to wait for my account to be restored.
