I am hosting all my company's systems with GlobeHost. Website on Wordpress Plan and Mobile Application on a VPS plan. I have worked with them over the last year for about 4 times with live chat and in all incidents they solved the errors within 10 minutes. The hosting and all is good till now, I am still building website.But I gave 5 star because I am impressed with the support. I do not prefer chat support as it is very tedious and also not convenient, but GlobeHost support person Widy, was so good, understanding that, I never felt chat an issue, quickly she resolved the issue and also my couple of doubts.
