It can be intimitated not being able to talk or chat with a tech support agent immediatly. However, their online documentation and tutorials are very complete. You can always contact GlobeHost's tech support by email, their response is always promptly and effective.

The GlobeHost staff were very friendly, patient and helpful with an issue that occurred because of a delayed payment. My Premium Web Hosting expired and got suspended. Then I bought the Business Web Hosting Plan which was always in my mind. The issue was that my website was in the suspended old Plan and I couldn't retrieve it. So they helped me and explained to me how to move the website to the new Plan by telling me to temporarily renew the old plan for a low price that they will refund. I am very grateful for this great service which surpassed any I could remember in my beginner's trip in the lesson of website making! :)

I am with GlobeHost for more than a year. Good service also technical service, good rates although you very fast have to upgrade if you have sites with trafficOverall good hosting with a lot of features. 1 con it doesn't work with CPANEL but have it's own system.
