This may be premature as to results, because my migration effort is still pending, but the process was outstanding! I am less than knowledgeable (as a matter of fact, I am considered a “computer illiterate”) when it comes to websites, URL’s, etc., but the Customer Support team with whom I was chatting lead me through it, and although I could hear their eye’s rolling, and a few snickers when I wasn’t watching - they never lead on, and went down to basics for me.
