I initially wrote a review expressing my displeasure in working with GoDaddy Web Design Services. I was experiencing what I often call "millennial customer service" - the kind where no one wants to talk to the client and put in any work to solve a problem. All conversations are through an app with no response...But then, to my surprise, these folks stepped up to the plate and came through. I received a call from the Team leader and I worked one-on-one with a terrific web builder/designer (Blandine) who listened carefully, obviously took great notes, and then did the work, and did it well! I am on track to finish and launch my new website ahead of schedule and on budget. Great work by GoDaddy. Many thanks.

I was about to cancel my account but because of Christian, I am willing to pay for this Domain. I may also add one of the different protection plans that he explained so clearly

Always helpful customer service.

I am adding a star for the customer service department, for which it took over 30 minutes to obtain the number. But they were helpful with refunding a charge on a service I had cancelled.Now the bad: 4 years into the service my domain stopped working. The only work around was a new domain name, that at least would show up when you typed in the old site. But it was disconcerting to people. Then 6 years later the domain again had glitches loading and it wouldn't allow me to update information on the website (which I had done in the past). This time customer support told me that they were too busy and I should fix it myself, which obviously I would have done If I knew how. Therefore this negative review.

I've been a GoDaddy customer for many, many years. I'm always able to get my questions answered and any problems resolved immediately. I especially appreciate that they will usually offer me a discount on services I may need. I highly recommend GoDaddy!
