Until today, I’ve had an excellent experience with your customer service. The attention to detail and the follow-ups to ensure my satisfaction have been truly appreciated. However, I encountered an issue today that left me puzzled. I was asked to prove that the logo was displayed on my website. It doesn’t make sense to take a photo of the website, if everything was working properly. I even provided a screenshot from my back office showing the logo is present on the website, but that was not accepted as valid proof that the logo is present, even though it's just not appearing on the webpage.I sent the validation to fernado5412.

So I had a domain autorenew without my knowledge, they've a little pattern of this from historical use. I seen the transaction and requested a refund, however because i took 5 days to request it, it falls out of their policy and however I was offered a refund on their live chat, the domain was deleted from my account yesterday and now Ive got a refund declined email haha Its only £20 but the situation just annoyed me to no endHorrible customer experience when you do need to use it, I've just never bothered leaving a review. Id suggest another registar in the future and i am legitimately considering moving just to spite this as Ive other domains due in December

Life can get busy sometimes and things change. I got caught up with my Graduate studies and work life that I forgot to make my payments renewed domain. When I finally log in I was charged $100 fee. Businesses no longer actually care about the people paying for services they only care about revenue. Small fees I get 5-20 but to have to pay a hundred is completely bull sh!t. I hope this company goes fu(king under and goes out of business go to hell.
