Do not use GoDaddy for anything. While in the hospital with my father I decided to log on to GoDaddy to buy a domain and hosting for my new business - I had a live chat with one of their reps who pressured me into using their hosting. I SPECIFICALLY asked for WordPress Deluxe Hosting, and instead was sold Web Deluxe Hosting. I've since brought this up to GoDaddy, that they had made a mistake. Not only will they not rectify the situation by switching my hosting plan they wrongfully sold me - But they have refused to refund my money, and have explicitly told me they will not give me any of my money back and that if I were to take the WordPress Deluxe Hosting, I would have to pay over $100 more to have it. Even if I submit a refund request, they tell me they will deduct 3 months from the payment even thought the hosting has never been used, setup, or signed into. & To add to that - They will only refund a credit - they refuse to refund to my method of payment.I don't think I have to tell anyone how bad of customer service this is. Absolutely zero accountability or responsibility taken on their end. A terrible business, with even worse customer service.
