? Frustrating Experience and Poor SupportI had high hopes when I signed up with GoDaddy for my website hosting and domain services, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The hosting is slow, with frequent downtime that has negatively impacted my business. On top of that, the control panel is confusing and not user-friendly, making even simple tasks a hassle.What made it worse was their customer support. I contacted them multiple times for help, but the responses were either slow or unhelpful. It feels like they’re more focused on upselling unnecessary services rather than solving problems.Overall, GoDaddy didn’t live up to its reputation, and I regret choosing them for my business. I’m already in the process of switching to another provider, and I can’t recommend GoDaddy to anyone looking for reliable hosting services.

Dislike Product confusion as to what fuctions they do and how one vs another may or may not compliment other products.It appears they will not tell you if you are paying for a useless product to yourself/company. ~ and its on auto renewal...

GoDaddy took down my website today and I have not received emails for two days. They had an incorrect credit card on file. They never notified me that there was a problem in time for me to correct the problem. They did notify me that there was a problem AFTER I already had rectified the problem, thereby creating more confusion, stress and wasted time. All the people I spoke with at GoDaddy were excellent and they helped me efficiently. But the company still ruined my entire day. They should have called me or at least sent an email notification a few days before taking my website down.

I have dealt with the GoDaddy company in the past. They have always treated me with the same respect I try to treat their personnel. As I mentioned earlier, the only concern I can address is that there isn't a way to create donation forms and upload them to Social media sites.

Go Daddy is not ordinary. The customer service adds just a little to make it Extraordinary. My representative was patient and took the time to walk me through every aspect of connecting emails to my phone and laptop. I highly recommend GoDaddy for all your domain and email needs.
