Godaddy's Hosting service is really bad. I bought a hosting plan for 3 years but after 1 year, the website store working. I have contacted their team for the last 1 year they are still unable to solve my problem. Every time they made lame excuses. They I did and it started working after 48 hours but after 48 hours problem still. And sometimes they buy their other services then it. But Still the same issues.

Called GoDaddy to check on domains purchased for Rusk Lock & Key LLC in Arizona- thinking there was an issue with our account and products owned. Bryan with customer service explained the circumstance and ultimately no issue existed - only a matter of how to merge two GoDaddy accounts - GoDaddy customer service is ALWAYS helpful, reliable, and very easy to contact and work with!

GoDaddy has a very restrictive cancellation policy that has left me paying for duplicate email services. When I have complained I have received the run-around. I don't understand why people put up with GoDaddy's bad customer service.

I called to get clarification on my renewal charges and ended up changing all of renewals that better fit my current financial obligations. And, I ended up getting rid of a product that I no longer needed and replaced it with a product that better fit my needs. All I want is a catchall and forwarding on my domain. After many hours and following and checking all the instructions, I finally got forwarding working, but catchall does not work. So I rang godaddy.PLUS* Agent is happy to chatMINUS* It took over an hour on the call (mostly after being answered on hold while agent talks to colleagues).* The package I was told about (microsoft essentials) apparently doesn't do catchall, despite me being told it did)* The hours I spent following the instructions which are still on the godaddy site do not work and I have been wasting my time* The package that does work is called "professional" and actually costs just £21 per year (£7 cheaper than essentials). However it does take up to 24 hours to get working* Once it is finally workihg, then I should be able to get catchall and forwarding working.My issues with Godaddy are:* Assuming latest agent was right, why was I given incorrect information, which is still live on godaddy's web site. I spent ages following your instructions. No doubt others will also waste hours following instructions.* Why was I told to get a more expensive package which does not do what I need, when the cheaper one does?* Why do I have to spend hours on the phone to godaddy to get something simple set up?
