Godaddy's Hosting service is really bad. I bought a hosting plan for 3 years but after 1 year, the website store working. I have contacted their team for the last 1 year they are still unable to solve my problem. Every time they made lame excuses. They I did and it started working after 48 hours but after 48 hours problem still. And sometimes they buy their other services then it. But Still the same issues.

All I want is a catchall and forwarding on my domain. After many hours and following and checking all the instructions, I finally got forwarding working, but catchall does not work. So I rang godaddy.PLUS* Agent is happy to chatMINUS* It took over an hour on the call (mostly after being answered on hold while agent talks to colleagues).* The package I was told about (microsoft essentials) apparently doesn't do catchall, despite me being told it did)* The hours I spent following the instructions which are still on the godaddy site do not work and I have been wasting my time* The package that does work is called "professional" and actually costs just £21 per year (£7 cheaper than essentials). However it does take up to 24 hours to get working* Once it is finally workihg, then I should be able to get catchall and forwarding working.My issues with Godaddy are:* Assuming latest agent was right, why was I given incorrect information, which is still live on godaddy's web site. I spent ages following your instructions. No doubt others will also waste hours following instructions.* Why was I told to get a more expensive package which does not do what I need, when the cheaper one does?* Why do I have to spend hours on the phone to godaddy to get something simple set up?
