The last two occasions I’ve needed to contact GoDaday, representative have been knowledgeable, friendly and patient with me while I tried to find my way around my screen. Today, Katerine (Peru) was so encouraging that I am still not worried about getting my issue resolved. We needed to end the call since there would be a delay before the company would implimit a fix on their end and me having to try it out again. The good news, she had forwarded her GoDaddy email address so in case I need further assistance, I can reach back out to her and she would either provide assistance via email or call me back.

Worst experience with GoDaddy "Support".I accidently didn't renew my domain and when I found out I contacted GoDaddy support in order to get it back.I was told that my domain was already sold on an auction and it wasn't possible to retrieve it. I went into "punktum.dk" that handles danish domains and found the domain. While chatting, I went into Simply.com and moved the domain to this place.How can a "professional" customer service tell people that their domain is sold on an auction is beyond anything I've experienced before. That means it is a straight up lie and cannot be trusted.I'm moving all my domains away from them as they are clearly not trustworthy.
