I do not recomend this company to anyone. Stay away! Due to 5 days delay of my payment they relased my domain and sold it! Even if i payed and also did transfer additional fee. After 10000 times in contact with them they still deny me my domain. I lost all of my files, and lost all my work. The service dont exist, it’s impossible to call them, you wait for hours and hours.

Every time I call them for a question they answer the phone and provide good service easily and quickly.

Great service from Eli. He directed me to the information I needed and also went above and beyond a found a area that allow me to save money that I was able to apply to another account extending my service with Godaddy.

I purchased a domain and the system processed it twice. I have disputed the second charge and they still have not sent me my extra payment of 44.95 back. They also removed my access to my domain because of the dispute. So not only did I pay twice for it I also don't have access to it either. I was told it could take 90 days for the payment of the additional charge (I’m still waiting). They have not fixed the problem of my access. I was told months ago that they would fix the problem and it still isn't resolved. So ultimately they are taking my money of almost $90.00 and have given me nothing.
