What made this important tone is that I have not beem able to get access to my Outlook and Microsoft 365 since my PC was reset. Damien was able to get me all straighten up and running. He was patient and considerate of my Covid (brain fog) issue and walked me through the steps to get my Outlook and access working again.

I had to call customer service about an issue because I inadvertently paid twice for my annual service and was greeted with a friendly rep named Anthony. He took care of it, didn’t try to tell me to the bank, etc., just issued a refund. I honestly didn’t think I’d even reach a person.

When you call Go Daddy there is a person to help you!!I'm not great with tech so it's essential to me that I'm not directed to "helpful" links that don't address the issue or AI systems and chats.The Go Daddy Reps have always been great at explaining what's happened to my site in language I can understand. And the problem has always been resolved either during the call or within 30 min after we hang up.
