Great customer service every time. I have always been treated with respect. My concerns always addressed and each walked through each step of what every problem I am having until a resolution is obtained. The staff is friendly. The wait times for calls has always been short, for me anyways. I am a return customer. I left to save money and it was not worth the switch. I ended up abandoning my other website and returning to Godaddy.

Your sales representative, Costa was the highlight of this review. Great guy - friendly, not pushy, informative and knowledgeable, and puts the customer at ease.If you guys have a program where you use existing top sales people to train your other sales people - you need to have this guy as your TOP mentor / teacher for others.

GoDaddy - 22 year+ customer. In a world of never ending ‘new mouse traps’ that claim to do it better, this is the only one you need…WHY? 2 words: customer support. You can call and get a HUMAN immediately, and get things tossed around and figured out immediately vs overseas emailing, etc. etc. TRUST me. ALSO - Bring back Danica Patrick - best sales pitcher you had! yes, TV is dead, but she is solid!

How long do I need to wait to get the domain connected?! it's been two weeks! I'm losing business! Awful service, awful customer service, one person says it should be working in 4-5 hours, another saays in 24-48hs... it's been 2 WEEKS!UNACCEPTABLE

Fast service, no questions asked, on processing a refund. Agents confirm if you want to keep or delete existing service which was value add. Keep it up Godaddy staff!

Inexperienced customer support and managers. I have 2 GoDaddy accounts. One that holds my domain and one that holds my website. Before my website was created my domain was attached to a Shopify Store. I deactivated my Shopify and created my website. A GoDaddy support person attached my website to my domain. After that, if I created a link to my website on a social media post, when clicked would give you an error about the Shopify store not existing. I reached out to GoDaddy no less than 6 times regarding this issue. The last time being yesterday where I was on the phone with Joseph for over an hour who literally could not understand the issue. When I asked for a supervisor, I of course got they don't take calls. When I refused to hang up, a supervisor got on the phone and told me he could only take a complaint that would get forwarded to the complaint department to be filed. He told me the issue was with Facebook cache and not GoDaddy. While I was on the phone with Joseph, I also started a chat with GoDaddy CS and couldn't get anywhere with Ramya. I kept googling and found Shopify's DNS records and compared them to my domains DNS and low and behold I found that Shopify was still attached!!!!! This has been going on for over 6 months and I had to be the one to figure it out. This is a serious problem from leadership down.

"Upgrade from Ultimate to Launch and we'll refund you the pro rate", said the sales agent via chat. Utter sales big fat lie nonesense. Upgraded to Launch, asked for a refund (a mere 2 months) for Ultimate and the agent said "nope"! Refunds are only within 30 days of inital purchase. Typical godaddy tactics of getting more sales, and lies to get you there. Scambags!12/11/24 - no request for info received.

This company is fraudulent. They charge nearly €90 for an SSL certificate and then proceed to block your account. Afterwards, they ask about your intentions with your domain. I strongly advise against doing any business with them. Instead, I recommend Hostinger, as this company is truly untrustworthy.

Jonathan is very helpful. He is a very good support of Go Daddy. You cannot help but you are in good hands with GoDaddy with a support like Jonathan. Choose GoDaddy who's based here in the USA vs the scammers from outside country that pretends they are from New York but accents of the techs tell you that they are from another country.
