I have used GoDaddy in the past to set up a website and was happy with the process and the results. I therefore went straight back to GoDaddy this time, but my experience has been quite different. I am currently on a free website editing plan (with a paid domain) but am experiencing an issue where a popup on the Edit Website page sends you round and round in a loop, and doesn't allow you to access the edit features. I have spoken to a support rep on the chat, who has told me 'This issue occurs when you have free plan. We will need to upgrade it. Shall I help?' It is unacceptable to offer a free plan that is not useable, and then offer to 'resolve' the issue by requiring more money.

I was in the call queue for 48 minutes and no one picked up. When i was in the chat the agent sent me 4 reset password emails while asking me for my 2fa code. This feels like one huge scam.Update: I am trying to transfer my domain and now it's telling me to call them again. This is horible service and makes me feel scammed.
