They terminated my account without any clear explanation, claiming I "violated their policy" and that my website might have malware. This is absolute nonsense since my website is hosted on Shopify—a reputable platform. Their baseless accusations and vague responses show how little they care about their customers.I wasted six hours of my life trying to communicate with these clueless individuals, only to be met with meaningless apologies that did nothing to resolve the situation. They couldn’t provide any real answers or solutions, leaving me completely stranded.What’s worse? I lost all my domains because of their gross negligence. YEARS of work down the drain because of their reckless and unprofessional behavior. If you value your time, money, and business, STAY AWAY from this company. There are countless better options out there—don’t risk everything by trusting these amateurs.Edit:No thanks. I’ve already spent 6 hours trying to get answers from your team with no resolution. For anyone considering GoDaddy: if you value your business, stay far away. A quick online search will show countless stories of entrepreneurs losing everything overnight due to their vague policies and unprofessional handling. They may excel at getting you onboard, as all these invited reviews suggest, but the real test is support—and that’s where they completely fail. Don’t be fooled by the initial experience; their support is a nightmare.
