Efficient, concise, professional

I have been receiving emails all day every day saying Site Down, Site Online. It is so frustrating to get these all day long. I was told I could turn off all emails, but then how would I know if it was something serious? There has got to be someway these emails which"are not significant" can stop. Very frustrating.

Customer service was wonderful. The rep was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He answered my questions, explained new products and helped me initiate service with newly installed items. I wish prices weren't so high, but otherwise I feel like there's always quality help when you need it.

Very helpful customer service when upgrading. Even if he did not have all answers, was thoughtful in speaking to supervisor and coming back to me.

Spencer was super quick at figuring out what the issue was with my email and was able to help me gain access to my emails. He guided me through it along with explaining why I was having issues and how to avoid it in the future.
