I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a service provider. Trying to cancel my GoDaddy domain has been an absolute nightmare. The process is incredibly complicated and unclear—I've been on hold with customer service multiple times, only to get transferred around or have my issue completely ignored.And to make matters worse, they constantly try to upsell me on additional services that I don’t need or want. It feels like they’re more focused on making money off of me than providing a seamless user experience. I’m beyond frustrated and completely dissatisfied with their service.Save yourself the headache and look for a more reliable, user-friendly provider. GoDaddy’s lack of transparency and constant attempts to squeeze more money out of you make them impossible to recommend.

I moved to Go Daddy a couple of years ago, and at the time of the move added security and firewall protection. The website came into a temp directory and I thought it that should have gone away once it ported over, but it never did regardless of multiple calls to support for issues with pages not updating correctly to the published site. Today while doing a change the site blocked my Wan IP and when I tried to update it, the setting were no longer available so I had to call into support. After two years of dealing with issues related to the temp domain, I got the right person today and that issue is not resolved. As I knew the site was not originally ported over correctly, but 20 minutes with the right support guy and all is resolved and now the temp domain is finally gone!
