The support over the last couple of days has been absolutely appalling. I have waited hours. I get messages from Bots and then a service person, then that one goes away and another one comes and fails to respond, then they go away.....absolutely hopeless. I like my Godaddy Site and everything about it but the support and the AI bots are hopeless.

GoDaddy is an excellent company! They have great products and excellent customer service when you really need it! I needed to transfer my email from the server at GoDaddy to the Microsoft 365 that I have on my computer and Shawn was EXCELLENT! He was very knowledgeable, professional, and fast! He got me set up right away! The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is that I think they are too expensive.

I’ve had two wonderful GoDaddy experiences in a row. I had been very alarmed at the new Microsoft changes. I’d felt helpless in the face of them. Both tech calls allayed my fears, imparted great clarity, and a feeling of self-determination. I feel afraid and whole again.
