The staff at Godaddy Ranier in particular made building my website very easy. In the beginning I was back and forth with customer service in an effort to put my site together. Godaddy has several departments that specializes in setting different aspect of your website which improves the process i.e. setting up my Godaddy payments for my clients to make payments was also easy eith Godaddy's staff assistance. I look forward to using this product and lastly 24 hour live customer service is a big reason for me choosing Godaddy.

They took 450 US dollars for two years hosting and web site recovery. Technical support promised me more than once they will put back my web site online and it gas not been done. When i call i m put on hold until my line breaks so i have to call again and again. The site is still not on and they left me with added new hosting which i didn't want in the first place but i was promised it will be for my existing site. This is happening in November 2024. Be smarter then myself and stay away.

Yamin, the customer service rep was very transparent with me and told me this may not even work, but he went above and beyond to help me get my domain back at a price that I could afford even with the renewal fee. I'm entrepreneur and that's very helpful financially, especially when you're dealing with clothing now I can focus on inventory and stock.

i tried .ai domain. i know very well about godaddy's unethical squatting of names and always stayed away. i want to review so here it is..ai names misleadingly shows as 54.99 and in checkeout for 2 year it shows 199.. even if regular 75 pricing it comes to 180 max...everything this company touches is becoming misleading and potentially cheating customers. i took screenshots and want to share. but here they dont allow screenshots??? now i know godaddy team would tag this and may ask more info and waste my time...as if they dont know whats going on...
