I would not use GoDaddy again. I have a few domaine names and have tried over the years to configure them and the online help and technical service is impossible to use. Also, if you have two different account it is impossible to combine them together. Very difficult website to use.

GoDaddy's Internet domain registry services are the main reason they are known for.But they are less know for their hosting services, managed and unmanaged.I have had a Virtual Private Server (VPS) with GoDaddy for more than 7 years now. They have migrated and upgraded their hardware servers and operating systems several times and I never had a single issue with my server's functionality and/or performance - their migration and upgrade procedures are top-notch !!That has been one of the top reasons I have not look elsewhere even if the offered prices is substantially lower.

Ayyub came to do a Powerflush and remedy failures of a previous Corgi sub-contractor. What a different experience. Ayyub turned up when he said he would, put down dustsheets throughout the kitchen before starting, explained what he was going to do and then carried it out. The job took longer than expected but he double checked everything and made sure that the system was working correctly before leaving.

Away from home and my usual device but I needed to log on to my domain email as hosted by GoDaddyHaving logged on to the GoDaddy site I could not find where to access my emailI called and spoke to “Russell” whose friends call him “Russ” - not sure why an agent would bother sharing that with a customer who has already been on hold for some time and just wants an answer to their queryRussell then proceeded to tell me the line was bad - not at my end - and instead of helping resolve my issue required me to wait while he filled out a form about the poor quality of the lineI was also required to reprovide the security info already validated by the automated serviceRussell then proceeded to persistently ignore my request for how I could access my mail via their website instead insisting I use Outlook, Repeatedly talking over me and then getting annoyed I was annoyed!During all of this Russell then decided it would be appropriate to upsell me a website!!At the end of all this I could see my email but had been through so many steps without c.ear explanation that I had no idea how to repeat this processI then called back to make a complaint used the automated process to request that, was put on hold for c20 minutes only to be told by Arif there is no complaints department and I would need to send an email!In fairness Arif did say he would se d me a link - but surprise it is a link to Microsoft365…. Which wasn’t what I was expectingHe also told me that I can’t have two email accounts linked to Outlook which is nonsense as it works fine on my main device!So after nearly 2 hours out of my working day I am no further forward!If I could leave zero stars I would - and based on today’s experience I won’t be renewing when my contract expiresEDITI called back and spoke to Abraham - he was so different and had me sorted in minutes. A totally different experience from a person who listened, understood and helped - very professional So a big thank you to him!That being said I am not changing the rating, and I am not a satisfied customer. It shouldn’t take 3 calls to resolve a simple issue.

It makes it fairly easy to get a website started but unless you have something very special or willing to throw a fortune at promting it your just going to add to your company running costs

The team was unsuccessful in getting the domain I inquired about and it took over 4 months to be resolved. It's important to note... GoDaddy Broker Agents work on commission, so they're not incentivized to get you the best deal. In a weird way, they're working against you. Communication during the process was poor. The team did not have the proper knowledge or knowhow to obtain the domain. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. It was a waste of my time and money.
