Godaddy blocks domain transfers away from GD if they value your domain at $100US or over.Their CRON is unpredictable and unreliable, and the Guides are buffers to waste your time.

Ted saved us! He went out of his way to help us. He was kind, sympathetic, personable, and actually helpful. He got our business back in business after a series of unfortunate issues and goof-ups led to our email being turned off. He should be in charge of training all customer service reps everywhere. His co-worker in Account Recovery was also excellent and helped us get sorted out faster than we thought possible. I don't know their name, but I know they're also our hero.

Big mistake quickly corrected by Customer Service. I made a mistake using some of the GoDaddy tools and removed my website. After working with the customer service representative, she was able to reestablish my website and get me back up and running within 25 minutes. LIFE SAVER!

I like how helpful you try to be, but I can't list any of my products, because something's wrong. It looks fine on your end, but it's a different story on my end. My page under Trendy Items says page unavailable. I'm not able to list anything. I'm starting to get frustrated with the whole thing!

I have had a problem in the past getting my email and needed to cancel my account on GoDaddy. Emer, the customer service rep was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely use GoDaddy again, no doubt.

TERRIBLE company. Do not waste your time or your money. They overcharge and underdeliver beyond anything you could expect. I made the mistake of letting them sign me up for Microsoft. Then when I tried to migrate to another service - because it was quarter the cost and better support - they locked me out of my Microsoft account and 3 days later they can't work out how to unlock it. I've spent hours and hours on hold and no one knows what they're doing. Meanwhile I'm locked out of email, calendar, and office. So if you like being able to do your job or run your company, don't sign up with GoDaddy

I was very satisfied with my call to go daddy. They gave me a global number to call and the CSR was extremely helpful and understanding. She solved my problems and then walked me through a few steps to register my website. It was top notch service!!

Waited too long to speak to someone

Excellent and quick resolution on my tech issue. Waited less than 5 minutes for an expert to come on the line (calling before 9 am EST no less). Very calm and knowledgeable professional who also recommended a small data protection change to my account that probably saved me a world of headaches later on. 10/10.

Go daddy have great customer service, excellent in solving problems, and this is why I stayed with them for 5 years.
