I have been working on a problem for over 12 hours today, was totally frustrated by the time I talked to Joe. In today streaming swarm, we are inundated with developer's that has a piece of paper that claims what is NOT true but the TRUTH is our memory is being ate up by this closing in MATRIX in the Name of Security.Go Daddy has streamline that problem with a SOLUTION and many others in competition are scratching their heads, while Godaddy is leaving them in his dust with qualified and experience employees that backs up their piece of paper with Gold Metal Customer Service and Support. Especially, for us business starters appreciate GOdaddy's innovations for me as a business starter wanting a piece of the American Dream.GoDaddy has given me a website for my ROKU: INTELL TV NETWORK by AI and instantly a website, then its like a Gene in a bottle, poof you got merchant services and a commerce site to sell my video on demand and subscription live streaming connects with a real developer suggested by GOdaddy because GOdaddy is the Walmart that use to care about their customers but Godaddy Truly CARES. GOD BLESS Godaddy and their team.

The website functionality was extremely limited and would not cater for selling certain products or services. When help was requested, I had to spend hours on end speaking with the customer service team. I wasted an entire day speaking with them trying to get to the bottom of an issue with setting up my services. For some reason, I could not book a date for my service. After spending hours looking at it, they managed to figure that the calendar was blocked but they could not resolve the situation and unblock it. It was at this point I requested a full refund. They refused because the request fell outside of the "refund window". If you are going to use GoDaddy for your website, I strongly advise against it. It has caused more hassle than good and unfortunately it has been a waste of money.EDIT: ZH I have not heard from you so how am I supposed to reach you so you can resolve this matter?

Godaddy will take your money, charge your account and fight to never give it back. Best to go straight to your bank and the fraud department. Im lucky because it was the last straw and i have moved all my domains, hosting and emails to a local provider here in NZ. Also realise Trustpilot is paid to not post reviews like this. Look around at other sites and you should immediately see a big difference... why because Trustpilot is also the problem. Big business supporting big business. So after 3 months and over 7 hrs of telephone calls, on hold for supervisors etc, nothing but I'm sorry your refund just won't go through. If they hadn't been stone walling me for 3 months then I might believe them. Now I wait for my bank to sort it out.
