I am very impressed at the level of customer service GoDaddy provides. My interaction with Martin today reminded me of how valuable solid customer service is to consumers. I had superb service from a GoDaddy agent today who assisted me in setting up an email account and resolve some DNS issues. Not only was he competent and professional and easy to relate to, I had no idiomatic issues so did not have to repeat myself or explain myself further once. As I was actually getting somewhere after spending hours getting nowhere as a result of my own incompetence, I decided to upgrade my package using him to assist me as I was comfortable that he would undertake the task better than me. Since I am a DIY website builder, he helped me without hesitation to connect my domain names to my hosting plan I had in place. Go-daddy are always available either by phone or chat but they have an excellent customer service. Always managing to resolve the issue and also advising at the same.

I contacted the company to fix a blind that had fallen on the wall. After a week without a response, I asked a friend to go directly to the company in Birkenhead, which no longer exists. He called the owner and soon after I called him. We scheduled the repair for 7 days, the only day they had available. I accepted. Well, it was already a 2-week wait. With two days to go, I received a call saying that I should be charged for the service because it had been over a year since they had installed it. So I said, okay? He told me on the phone, "Are you willing to pay?" I confirmed for Thursday. I'm here on Thursday, waiting for an hour and no one has shown up. When I call the company, they say they won't come today because the area they were working in today wasn't the same as my home. Horrible after-sales service. I will never recommend this company to anyone again.

I had called GoDaddy because my site was down. Frederick, the guy who I spoke with, was the BEST. He was the most knowledgeable person I've ever spoken with at GoDaddy. He showed why it's essential to work with a company like GoDaddy. He addressed my current issue, and then, on his own, he took the initiative to ask about other services we have with GoDaddy and ended up saving me a lot of money for something I didn't even call about.

GoDaddy, is a SCAM. I have a resellers account and they have not paid me in years. Constantly making excuses that something must be wrong with my computer and not making any efforts to pay me what they owe. Why have i not moved? because I don't depend on this money and when I will find time and a better company that I will be sure isn't a scam, then I will say my good byes to GoDaddy. Prior to GoDaddy purchasing the original company i was with, I WAS GETTING PAID. They did reach out to me after my last negative review and pretended they would get it resolved and shortly after, CRICKETS.
