My experience with Jovan, GoDaddy representative was excellent. I m convinced He did all he could do within his expertise. He referred me to IT, and am sure they could have probably solved the issue' however, the fee they were asking for their services far exceed my capability to afford them.

They advertised with a price of less than 20 cents for a domain. Once through their process ( 2-3 minutes) the prize for same domain had risen to 800 dollars...WTF???

My problem wasn't able to be resolved by general support. After being transferred to Sami, 2 hours late I felt incredibly relieved! She was terrific!
