I am writing feedback for a customers service request thru godaddy and the reps name was Alysa Dear godaddy,I would first like to say that this account was setup with me and brother in law for a small business. He is always unorganized and wxtremly difficult to deal with. That’s why I dread these calls because the interaction become a hostile. Your Alysa was so patient working me l, she spoke in a very professional manner that insured no matter what that she would not stop till she had a solution to my issue. We had to go thru emails find and reset passwords, get username. She stayed with me the whole time actively listening and troubleshooting until she had the solution. She is an important asset to your company because she is an effective at communication. Good communication is a cornerstone in developing , keeping and growing business, personal relationships and for growth in the industry. I work/live in the Midwest and Egypt and Dubai in banking/finace and Alysa and your company do a great job and it doesn’t go unnoticedThanksJosh

I have worked with GoDaddy for several years. Their tech support is excellent. I have to say that phone support is much better than chat or text support. The people on the phone have always been knowledgeable, and the wait time to connect to an agent is never more than a couple of minutes.

I registered Godaddy account since 2014. And I total have 32 domains on it. And all runs weel until 2 days ago, they inform me with email that all 32 domains are removed by them. Because one domain has malicious contect, they do not want to provide the service now. When I reply the that message, it has same email contents: it says that your service is permanently paused. and we do not want to provide the service for me. I ask the reason, they only replied that one of domains has malicious content, same word,just like robot reply. I am front web designer, and I design the website frame for my clients and also manage domains for my customers. some customers of mine grows well of online bussinees, and now Godaddy just remove the domains. Now many employees will get out of work since their online businees is stopped by godaddy. I know one employee of my clients, she is single mother and she has 3 childs. she work hard and keep the breads on table for her childs. Now she is out of work, I do not know she how to raise her child now due to the jobs is stolen by Godaddy now. Godaddy ruins their jobs since they ruin my clients online bussiness. DO NOT USE GODADDY tO grow your businees, they do not care about our businees and they will ruin your businees. I ask the online support, they said they do not have more rights to process my issue. I have to contact the email they give to me, But email does not work, they does not reply. They never reply your email that online support gave you. They are big company, they bully customers because they are big. they have Law team to bully customers. They do not affraid to bully customers. So they do not mind about my domains, and they do not mind about my clients, and they also do not mind about the employees of my clients, they do not mind about whether the kids has bread or not. Godaddy does not provide me any evidence or details reason to remove all my 32 domains now. They only reply that one of my domains has malicious content. But they do not provide any evidence and proof of that. they just remove all domains on account and block the account.
