They’ve literally destroyed my online business! At the peak time of year too. One of their none UK reps called Sheila was even laughing at the issue. She kept muting me but I heard her. My hosting and ssl was up for renewal and I phoned to try and get a better deal. Which supposedly I got. But for three weeks my email hasn’t worked and now my site ssl cert doesn’t work either. I have been on the phone to them constantly but the none uk operatives really don’t know much more than basic issues. I’m going to have to take this to a small claims court on principle. These companies should not be getting away with breaking your website, spirit and resolve, then charging to fix it, in some upsell to the innocent! Outrageous.You will notice that the positive reviews on here say INVITED!!! and coincidentally read tonally like the same gushing person. GoDaddy’s push to drown out free thought, such as mine. UPDATE: I replied to the message below, yet no surprise that I never heard back from them.

Saw a charge of CAD 142 on my credit card and realized it was for Microsoft 365 Email Essentials Renewal. Wasnt using it much hence called customer service, spoke with Edgar who refunded without fuss. Best call in a long time.
