I've been a GoDaddy loyal client for 20 years. Built 4 websites, now having 2 left. It's been a bumpy road through the years, but in the end they've always come through. This past month I went through hell for many different reasons. I spoke to 10 representatives and two supervisors over a two week period. Then I put a new ticket in on one of my websites and that came back a disaster. The next morning I called and spoke with Jezabel and we Zoomed, we spoke, she checked with the builders. She went back & forth with me until I was satisfied. I have NEVER received such incredible customer service that this woman gave me. She FIXED everything over the phone with me, and even called me back like she promised to see if I was satisfied and had anymore changes to make. I can't say enough about her, but it's representatives and customer service like that that keeps me a loyal customer with GoDaddy. She was the best of the best that I had worked with in years at that company, and I felt, once again, VALUED as a client. Thank you so much Jeza ... I hope GoDaddy values you as an employee like you have valued me as a loyal client.

Go Daddy is a great set of products, the support team is excellent. They will give you all the advice without being aggressive with the sales pitch. Never had any major issue with the mail service and very satisfied with the product.

Godaddy talk about a sublime support service but the truth is that there support service is a call center in another country with people who does not have the complete control over their English. The waiting time is abnormal long and the technical knowledge is very low. Without trying to understand you they just put you on hold for a very long time. So please be warned and choice wisely. There are much better companies that maybe are a little more expensive but they will give you the support and kindness you deserve. Godaddy is for me a No Godaddy and I hope my review will protect people of making the same mistake as me and that is putting my trust in Godaddy.
