Terrible experience, completely moving every service of mine away from Godaddy, they have quadrupled the price for everything and the cherry on top was that today they requested a 80$ fee to renew a .de domain even though it has not expired. They tried to lie that the fee is being imposed from denic.de which is the central registrer but after sending an email to Denic.de. Denic denied that a fee is imposed by them by phone and by email and godaddy still refuse to remove the 80$ fee.

As a one person shop entrepreneurial business owner, as an executive search firm, I found godaddy to be fair in pricing to fit all my customized needs. I've been using their service for over a year now.The 24X7 customer support feature speaking with a live person is better than most other firms. If they don't have an immediate answer, they'll find you an answer quickly.What makes it a more complicated for my marketing & website package that I purchased is that I use other 3rd party sotware applications as a search consultant using Applicant Tracking Software, and Sourcing software based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Any backoffice technical support that is needed to integrate software applications can be a real struggle, but between godaddy and my 3rd party technical teams we were able to make it all work.I will continue to use godaddy email, website marketing services. What makes it very efficient proficient and streamlined, it is mostly do it yourself in realtime, making me look like a website design professional, of which I have very little experience with.
