When you need help GoDaddy gives you options. You can text an assistant or call and actually speak to a human being that is professional and knowledgeable.

GoDaddy has been my web/email host for over 13 years. They are the most customer savvy on-line tech company on the planet, surpassing even Apple! The patience and tech skill of the tech support expert I spent over an hour on the phone with today just rocked. He kept his cool even when I didn't want to keep mine. He slowly, expertly, methodically solved the critical issues (several of which were above my paygrade) and when the support experience was done seemed analogous to walking out of an Apple store - great product, great service, great value and a smile my face.Thank you Robert for managing me emotional state of mind, solving the problem and reminding me of the power of the Go Daddy brand.

For a newbie, GoDaddy is great in that it offers a full service hub for people just starting their business and are in need of the tools to promote and streamline operations. Every year they seem to come out with a new offering. It is a little overwhelming at times, but at least you have the options. Their tech support is awesome, so don't wait until you have an issue! Engage when you have a question before it becomes and issue!!!
