I have always had great support from GoDaddy. A bit more than a week ago I had an email issue. I think it was fixed on the call. At the end of the call I was presented with an option for server side email security which I accepted. Immediately I started having issues with providers (Gmail) bouncing my email for lack of authentication. After 4-5 calls to GoDaddy Support my emails are still being rejected by some services. My SPF, DKIM & DMARC records are all in the GREEN. I find it interesting that my email started bouncing after the new security was put into place. I guess I’ll see how authentication progresses over the next 1-2 weeks. Frustrating at the very least.

The US-based, in-person customer care is what separates this company from all others. GoDaddy is way above and beyond for this reason, even though they have a lot of products to offer, it's their customer care people who make this company. This is why I have been doing business with GoDaddy for many years and am very satisfied.

I love how they stay up-to-date with the latest and greatest updates like AI capabilities as well or the endless website templates that helps a lot with their do-it-yourself website setup and designs. And if that's not enough their 24 hours customer services/sales team definitely sealed the deal for me!

Well, I called because I thought I had one tech problem but it turned out that I had three tech problems. The rep at GoDaddy stuck with me till the bitter end and solved all three. GoDaddy support is on par with Apple.

It's easy to setup your webserver. I didn't face much difficulty, other than understanding how their platform works. The billing is pretty straightforward too. Although, I have a simple wordpress site, but the speed is pretty good.
