The worst customer support I have ever encountered. We are a web agency and host 15 client websites with GoDaddy including emails and domains. Recently we had a client that was using a different host, we migrated and we noticed instead of it being the https:www url it was now just https:// and also did not have a trailing / at the end of each url. Godaddy then made us pay for wordpress premium support, they fixed the issue and it was running at https://www with a trailing slash. However now we could not login to wordpress, it would just redirect us. We reach back out and instead of them fixing the login issue, a new support member named Natasa reaches out and says they fixed the issue. Guess what they did? Just removed the www and the trailing slash, so now we are right back where we started. Instead of fixing the issue, they decide to just revert the changes. The level of incompetency here is absurd and we are highly questioning if we should just take our websites elsewhere. It also does not help that the premium WordPress support team has no phone number, and only communicates through email, so now Natasa has essentially messed up our rankings for a 2nd time by reverting the changes, and we have to wait another 2 days. .

The worst ever! I bought domain with email. Email was ok for one week after that I coudnt login. I contacted the support they told me they will solve within max 72 h. After one week I informed them I dint receive any message or call, the current agent told me I don't have account with them. I was shocked. I checked my original email for purchases to see if im dreaming. And I found my purchase history with godaddy! I will escalate this till they close your website I promise u this! Just because of manipulation!
