I needed to transfer a domain to start a new project. After several failed attempts at the transfer, I called support at GoDaddy, and Dontranee responded. When I explained the problem, there was immediate insight. We walked through the necessary process, and at the end, I was able to do what needed doing--and I understood why I couldn't do it before. Dontranee explained things clearly, answered my questions, and encouraged me to exercise protective caution over my domain. So--it was a BIG issue to me, but became small--and fixed--when I called for help. Thanks, Dontranee!!
