So I worked with Phil. Last night I worked with a CS agent for over an hour. Zero results. Phil, within 3 minuets knew the solution to my issue. And he explained it to me in a way that I understood. And get this, he listened to the problem. Then offered a solution. The guy last night just kept talking over me. So #1, he listened. #2 He understood the problem because he listened. #3 He walked me through the solution. #4 This helped me to understand the differences in the reporting system. #5 He didn't make me feel like a dumbass for not understanding all the nuances of godaddy. Dear GoDaddy, what ever your paying Phil, it's not enough. I spent over an hour with the guy last night. Phil was chill and easy to work with. I'm guessing his solutions rate exceeds most. People who receive solutions dont keep calling back and keeping using your resources.
