I will give a rating of 4 as I was disappointed. When I first saw the price, it was showing £0.01 for the domain, and it wasn't mentioned anything else, that it would be a subscription for 3 years. When I went to check out it showed me a price of £20. In the i icon It was said that it is per year, however, I can subscribe for 1,2, or 3. Then I chose 1 year and the price dropped to £9. Eventually, I paid £9+VAT+some taxes. I also had an issue with my email- it just didn't want to start working. The Gentleman from customer support spent 1 hour with me on the phone trying to sort it out. Great service! And he actually explained to me, where the price of £0.01 comes from :)

I find GoDaddy website builder to be user-friendly and very easy to navigate. Just BEWARE that if you cancel a website domain or subscription package, check the GoDaddy billing page as auto-renewals may still exist with your payment information even after you cancel directly with the customer service team.
