Godaddy keeps on changing its basic website and it confuses people who don't keep up with what's going on behind the scenes. I finally gave up and called the help number and talked to a bright fellow from Australia. James is his name.James listened to me and helped me get where I needed to be fairly quickly. As I told him, the Godaddy website pages are ANYTHING but self explanatory. I would never have even solved the problem without his help. It only took about 10 minutes, too.GREAT JOB, JAMES, THANKS!

The service rep spoke clear English. She was pleasant, patient - not able to help me, but was able to tell me where to get the help (my site was having a problem - I have GoDaddy Domain, but another vendor for my site - I had to fix it there. She offered me a deal to move to GoDaddy, where my issues could be resolved by GoDaddy.

I use GoDaddy for my website and have had no issues. They are great value!
