The customer service was amazing. I’ve had a website for a good while, but I’m making changes and Chris was able to answer all my questions and help me get ready for the change.

GoDaddy customer service is always great and easy to work with. Today, the rep was exceptionally great. He was personal, easy to understand and communicate with, very quick and thorough.

WE had an online meeting today @ 1PM est. Previous meetings were started by phone and or email.The email for the 1PM meeting was sent at 12:56 with the heading Care & Services as the sender. We are a business with many mystery email sources. The subject did mention website, but in lower case print. That didn't come to our attention until hours later... I apologize for any inconvenience from our side. We look forward to completing our website and having it posted & promoted before Valentine's Day!THANK-YOU for asking. GoDaddy is always efficient and professional.

GoDaddy makes it easy to do what you need to do on your own dashboard. And, when you have questions, they have actual people, with answers, on the other end of a phone call. A rarity these days. I would recommend GoDaddy to anyone in need of domain and website services.

I am 100% satisfied in choosing GoDaddy. They are always so willing to help, and seem to even go a bit beyond what I originally ask for. They have great input and ideas that immediately increase the quality of my projects.

Grace, my customer service representative for GoDaddy was exceptional! She was clear, professional, concise and had the correct knowledge needed to complete assisting me.

With two businesses and a hobby to run, GoDaddy makes it easy to handle our domains, our emails, and hopefully soon we will be able to setup an e-shop for the hobby which I know will be seamless and easy to accomplish with GoDaddy's help. With people like Spencer handling my requests from the GoDaddy side, we can't go wrong. There are many options for domain registration and all of the additional things that come with it, but I put my trust and my business with GoDaddy and I have NEVER been disappointed.

Ceda was very helpful, she addressed the ongoing issues with the account in regards domains and web hosting for the near future, again customer service is a great asset with any company but you need a good company and is “rest assure” feeling when you can trust the person assisting you with the assistance that I received from Ceda. ;)

The representative I spoke with understood exactly what my issue was and fixed it within minutes. He kept me informed and explained what he was doing.. also at the end he summarized the call. The wait time was reasonable. Excellent customer service I would highly recommend go daddy..

I do not usually have any problems but on the occasion that I do have something go wrong I am able to call in and get things fixed. This call was no exception. Maylene got to the bottom of the problem and we got it resolved.
