Called to cancel a email service I had just ordered that I was frustrated with (user error) I was able to get someone on the phone in less than 2 min. My issue was quickly sorted out, the representative I dealt with was very knowledgeable and in addition to aiding with my email, he answered a ton of questions and helped me sort out everything to get my new website for my business going including a tour of their site builder and specifically how it could work for me. Polite, professional, offering actual solutions to my all issues/concerns. This is how customer service is supposed to work!

If not for Daniel, godaddy would've lost a customer.
